• Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but actual delivery may vary depending on carrier delays.

• We currently ship within the United States 

• International shipping is available to select countries, but customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to their order.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation tracking information.

• Please allow up to 36 hours for tracking updates to appear.

• Sunkissed Essentials is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.

• If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before reaching out to us.

• If a package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

• Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
